30-Day Return Policy

We return an item provided it is unused, in its original form, and returned with all the tags and packaging within 30 days from the date of delivery which is when the item is set to be received.

  1. Non-Refundable Items

The following items do not qualify for returns:

  1. Clearance items or final sale
  2. Custom made items or personalized items
  3. Gift Cards
  4. Procedure for Returns

Returns can only be accepted after we have provided a return authorization with guidelines.

  1. Refunds

Once we issue a refund, it usually takes between 5 to 7 business days for the payment to reflect into the account, but we will only start the process after we have received the broken item and inspected it.

Please note any shipping costs will not be eligible for a refund.

  1. Replacements

If you do receive a defective or broken item, we are happy to exchange it, but make sure to contact us within 7 days of receiving the order.

  1. Return Shipping Fees

Unless the customer has received a defective item, in that case we will cover the return shipping fees, so make sure to contact us for the issue!

We would recommend using a signed for service for shipping.
