1.Conditions for Receiving Refunds As per our terms, refunds can be provided on: – The products returned along with tags and packaging within a time frame of 30 days from the date of delivery – The orders that were canceled prior to the shipping.
2. Items that cannot be Reclaimed for Refunds The following categories of products are not eligible for refund: – Cleared or items that were final on sale – Customized Products – Gift vouchers or cards
3. Procedure for Refunds The returned item is examined, and the payment made against the order is refunded on using the same method of payment within seven business days. Once the payment has been made, we will send you a confirmation through email.
4. Amounts to be refunded Partial refunds can be issued for: – Items that are returned however do not meet the standards applicable to returns – Initiating a return after thirty days however within forty five days at times can be a reason for charging restocking fees
5. Costs for Shipping Except for cases when a customer receives an error or a defective product, customers will have to bear the return shipping fees and, in any event, the carrier used to deliver the product will not reimburse any shipping expenses the customers paid when placing the order.
